My Care Housing Services Limited was set up to do care differently, built around the person, not a task list. We’re based in Luton and support people across Bedfordshire.
Why we started
Too many people experience care as something that happens on a schedule, delivered by whoever is available that day. We started My Care Housing Services Limited to offer something more personal and consistent, a small, familiar team, meaningful conversations before a care plan is created, and support that adapts as each person’s needs change.
Our focus is providing high-quality domiciliary care for adults who need support with daily living in the comfort of their own homes. Every care plan is built around the individual, taking time to understand their routines, preferences, goals, and the level of support they need to live safely, comfortably, and as independently as possible.
